Chicken Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
For the chicken filling:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can of chopped tomatoes (28 oz)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
For the white sauce:
5 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
4 cups of warm milk
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
For assembling the lasagna:
1 package of lasagna noodles (I use the "no-cook" type)
1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated parmesan
