INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp (45 mL) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup (75 mL) dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp (30 mL) coarse grain Dijon mustard or
1 1/2 tbsp (20 mL) regular Dijon
1 cup (250 mL) 15% or 18% cream
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh tarragon
