16 oz. of Greek yogurt * Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier and therefore better for making tzatziki.

*You can substitute a plain yogurt but do now choose a non-fat one as its too runny.

1 Long English cucumber, peeled and seeded

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2-1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
