1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 pound gnocchi
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
4 cup baby spinach
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
