1/4 cup vegan mayo ((more if you like))
1 garlic clove, (minced)
2 tablespoons Frank's hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (14 ounce) packages extra firm tofu, (frozen and thawed, then drained and patted dry)
3/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
About 1 cup canola oil, (or high heat oil of choice)
4 kaiser rolls
