1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 large egg
¼ cup water
2 pounds thin sliced chicken cutlets
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup milk
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)
