2 small yellow squash, ends cut off, sliced thin

2 small zucchini, ends cut off, sliced thin

2 small eggplants, ends cut off, sliced thin
•
2 6 oz pkgs shredded Swiss cheese
•
15 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained well
