1/3 pound deli honey ham (sliced thin and cut into pieces)
8 sliced swiss cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup whole milk (or half & half)
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
black pepper (to taste)
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter
