Ingredients:

1 medium size carrot
•
Single chicken breast
•
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
•
1/2 of chili chopped really finley
•
2 spring onions chopped finely
•
1 thin slice of ginger chopped very finely
•
1 pepper in any colour you like, I used a green pepper as you seen in the photo
•
50g Chinese white chive cut it into 2 cm length way
•
150g of Chinese dried noodle. (It’s available in any Chinese supermarket)
•
Seasonings:
•
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
•
1 teaspoon of salt
•
1 tablespoon sesame oil
•
Couple pinch of black pepper
•
Marinade for the chicken:
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
1 teaspoon of sugar
•
1/4 teaspoon of salt
•
A pinch of black pepper
•
1 tablespoon of Chinese rice wine
