Chicken Chow Mein

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces)
6 ounces dry chow mein noodles
1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
1/2 cup shredded or julienned carrots
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops ((only the dark green part))
salt and pepper to taste
