2 tbsp ground chana masala spice blend (see below)

1 tbsp ground garam masala

1 tsp amchur (dried mango) powder

1 lb chicken tenders, diced
•
3 tbsp oil
•
2 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped

2 small fresh Serrano chili, seeded and diced

2 tbsp fresh ginger paste

1 tbsp ground cumin

2 tsp ground turmeric
