2 cups cooked chicken (cut up (boil, bake or use a rotisserie chicken))

1 pkg of Pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix (do not mix use as is)
•
1 can cream of mushroom soup
•
1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 cup sour cream
•
1 cup of chicken broth
•
1/2 stick unsalted butter
•
1 rib celery, chopped
•
1 small onion, chopped
•
1 large egg
•
1 tsp sage
•
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
