1 large carton {about 3 cups} of spaghetti sauce {I use this recipe for homemade and make it in big batches}

1 or 2 cooked chicken breasts {or equivalent of left over roast chicken} shredded
•
1 {8 oz} block of cream cheese {preferably organic}
•
1/2 cup of Parmesan, grated {the good stuff}
