1/2 lemon juice only, about 2 Tbsp.

1/4 – 1/2 tsp. salt to taste

1/8 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

1/2 cup bread crumbs
•
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
•
1/2 cup honey mustard barbecue sauce, and/or ketchup, for serving
