INGREDIENTS
2 cups uncooked brown rice (not minute rice)
2 cups Colby cheese, shredded, divided
1-1/2 cups Velveeta cheese
Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of onion soup
3/4 cup cream
1 teaspoon ground sage
2 teaspoons ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon onion powder
Dash garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper
1 cup sweet yellow onion, chopped and sautéed
3 cups chicken broth (or water with chicken bouillon)
1 pound frozen chopped broccoli
4 tablespoons butter
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
