Chicken Broccoli Pasta

"There is not much that I enjoy more than an easy recipe that only uses one pan to prepare!  I’m excited to share with you this one pot Chicken..."

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
salt and pepper (to taste )
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic 
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream (or whole milk )
8 ounces uncooked pasta  ((like penne, fusilli, or rotini))
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon zest, or fresh herbs for garnish
