INGREDIENTS

• 4 cups shredded cabbage (I used coleslaw mix without dressing)

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
•
• ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
•
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
•
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil, optional
•
• 2 avocados, cut into thin slices
•
• 1 roasted red bell pepper (I used the canned one), thinly sliced
•
• 14 egg roll wraps (6x6inch)
•
• 1 egg, beaten
•
• Vegetable, or canola oil for frying
•
• ¼ cup sour cream
•
• 3 tablespoons mayo
•
• ¼ cup cilantro leaves
•
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
•
• A few squirts of Sriracha
