INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup  all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon  ground black pepper
4 small skinless, boneless chicken beast halves (1 to 1-1/4 pounds total)
1 tablespoon  canola oil or olive oil
2 small red and/or green sweet peppers, seeded and cut into bite-size strips
1 small onion, halved and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
2/3 cup  dry white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon  lemon juice
2 tablespoons  snipped fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 whole grain baguette slices (optional)
