1 large head of broccoli

1 cup sweet onion, diced (I used Vidalia)
•
2 cups seedless grapes, sliced in half (can use green, red or black)
•
2 cups white meat chicken, diced
•
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
•
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
•
1 cup pecans, chopped (lightly toasted makes them really good)
•
7-8 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
•
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
•
1/3 cup sugar
•
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
•
1 Tbs. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
•
1 tsp. soy sauce
•
1 Tsp. celery seeds
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
pinch of black pepper
