Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups rolled oats; 1 cup flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp vanilla; 2/3 cup coconut oil, melted, then, cooled; 3/4 cup honey; 1/3 cup packed brown sugar; 1 egg white; 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts ( or whatever kind you prefer); 1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips, divided ( or your favorite dried fruit or baking chips)
