Ingredients: 1 cup salted butter, room temperature; 1 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 2 egg yolks; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 teaspoon almond extract; 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour*; 1/4 cup sliced almonds; 1 & 1/4 cup cherry pie filling; For sprinkling: Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
