2 cups water (or beef broth)
2 cups salsa
8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1 (1.5 ounce can) black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
1 cup cheese (cheddar and/or monterey jack, mozzarella, etc.)
