INGREDIENTS
1 (12 oz) box of jumbo pasta shells
16 oz hot Italian sausage, casings removed
2 teaspoons dry Italian seasoning
2 (12 oz) cans tomato sauce
4 oz fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, preferably whole milk
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped, plus a few leaves for garnish
