Ingredients: This is a great breakfast muffin and one you will enjoy just anytime.; 1/2 pound pork sausage; 1/3 cup green onions, chopped (can use regular onions); 1/3 green pepper, chopped; 1/4 cup salsa (I use chunky salsa); 2 cups all-purpose flour; 3 teaspoons baking powder; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 2 eggs; 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted; 1 cup milk; 3/4 to 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I use 4 Cheese Mexican)
