6 low-moisture Mozzarella cheese sticks

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•
1/4 cup butter
•
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
•
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
•
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
•
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
