INGREDIENTS

1 stick butter or margarine, cut in pieces

1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and chopped (We love these made with Kentucky Legend ham if it is available in your area)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or can use cheese of your choice. (I use several different cheeses blended sometimes)
•
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
