Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter; 1 medium onion, diced; 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks; 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken, (I use a rotisserie chicken); 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup; 2 (10-ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes; 1 cup black beans; 1 tablespoon Chili powder; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 regular size bag nacho Dorito chips; 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
