•
4 Tb butter
•
1/4 cup all purpose flour
•
1/4 ts kosher salt
•
1/4 ts black pepper
•
2 cups chicken broth
•
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•
Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
