For the marinara (you can also substitute with your favorite store-bought pizza sauce)

- 2 big garlic cloves, minced

- 1 sweet onion, finely diced

- 1 medium size can of diced tomatoes

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

- 2 teaspoons of sugar

- 1/4 (60 Ml) of red wine

- 1 tablespoon of dry basil

- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
