1 to 2 lbs ground beef (depending on how beefy you want it)

2 - 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
•
1 - 16 oz package macaroni
•
2 to 3 cups grated mozzarella (cheese it is a good thing)
•
1 cup grated Parmesan
•
2 TBS Italian seasonings
•
1 to 2 tsp garlic salt
•
1 tsp onion powder
•
salt and pepper to taste
•
1/2 cup diced onions
•
2 to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
