1/2 teaspoon onion powder
kosher salt & black pepper
4 cloves garlic, (minced)
2 cups arugula
2/3 cup of half-n-half
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
1 1/4 cups shredded gouda cheese
juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons fresh basil
