INGREDIENTS
A classic cheesecake on pastry base lined with peaches and sprinkled with coconut crumble.
Preparation: 40 minutes.
Baking : 70 minutes.
Ready to serve: about 3 hours. (If you prepare the crust before)
Servings of provision: 30 pieces.
Shortbread dough:
300 g of wheat flour
100 g icing sugar
200 g butter
2 egg yolks
can of peaches
Cheese:
1200 g white cheese, three ground
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
250 g butter
9 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons cornstarch
pinch of salt
Crumble:
100g caster sugar
130 g butter
200 g grated coconut
