1 cup sliced baby bella or cremini mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup Madeira wine (or marsala or dry sherry)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
