1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon hot sauce (I use Tabasco)
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tablespoonss olive oil
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoonss fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
2 tablespoonss olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tablespoonss butter
4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Salt, for pasta water
1 pound farfalle (bowtie) pasta
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
