1-1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon packed freshly grated lemon zest, from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
