Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup ketchup
•
1/2 cup original Bisquick baking mix
•
1 cup skim milk
•
2 eggs
•
One 8 ounce bar Cabot 70% Cheddar, grated (Grating your own cheese is less expensive and no chemical additives)
