Cheese sauce (see recipe below)

For the cheese sauce:

2 tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons flour
•
3/4 cup milk
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon pepper
