28 oz diced tomatoes (or 1 cup fresh diced tomatoes)

2 tsp oil
•
3/4 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp black pepper
•
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
•
2 cups reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
•
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
