Cheese Pupusas and Thoughts on Time + Love

INGREDIENTS
2 cups masa harina (I used Maseca, linked above)
1 1/2 - 2 cups warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely grated Queso Fresco
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups shredded green and purple cabbage*
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 jalapeno, sliced (optional)
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
