To make the dough
3 cups flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder (see notes)
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup warm water (the water should be slightly warm to the touch not hot)
For the stuffing
equal amounts of grated akkawi cheese, kashkaval, sharp cheddar (about 100 g of each)
1 table spoon nigella seeds (optional)
2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
