INGREDIENTS
Blintzes:
•4 large eggs, lightly beaten
•1/2 cup milk
•1/2 cup water
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•2 tablespoons sugar
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•oil and butter, for greasing
Filling:
•1 pound farmer cheese (pressed curd)
•4 oz. cream cheese
•1 large egg yolk
•1/2 lemon, juiced
•2 tablespoons sugar
•2 tablespoons honey
•1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•powdered sugar
