2 cups Bisquick

3/4 cup shredded cheddar (monterey, colby, jack, and mozzarella all turn out well)

diced pepper (I use Anaheim the most)
•
1/2 cup water
•
1/2 cup butter, melted
•
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
•
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
•
1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
•
flour (just enough for on the counter)
