Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour*; 1 tablespoon Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels; 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped; 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter; 1 1/2 cups (12 ounce bottle) beer, pilsner preferred; *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
