6 ozs grated Yellow Cheddar cheese (about 1 1/4 cups)

¾ Cup whole milk

For the garlic butter:

3 Tbls unsalted Butter
•
1 Clove Fresh Garlic, smashed
•
1 Tsp Fresh Italian Parsley, chopped
