1 tablespoon apple brandy (can substitute equal amount of rum extract or rum)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
