Chana (White chickpeas) - 1 cup, soaked overnight

Ginger and garlic - 1/2 - 1 tbsp each

Green chilli - 1

Chilli powder - 1.5 - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
•
Coriander powder - 1/2 - 1 tbsp

Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
•
Garam masala - 1/2 - 1 tsp

Tomato - 1 big, chopped
•
Tomato puree - 1 tbsp (I used readymade puree)

Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped

Oil - I used sunflower oil
