INGREDIENTS
1 cup of pigeon peas, boiled soft and drained
1 cup of red kidney beans, boiled soft and drained
2 lb. of longaniza (spicy pork sausage) cut into slices
1 lb of smoked pork chops, diced
1/2 cup of rice
1 lb. of sweet potato (batata) cut into cubes
1 lb. de auyama (West Indies pumpkin) cut into cubes
1 carrot, diced
2 tablespoons of oil
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon of cilantro leaves, chopped
A pinch of orégano
1 teaspoon of garlic, mashed
Pepper
