For the Dough:
1½ cups water
3 tablespoons fresh yeast
6 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
¼ cup melted butter
For the Topping:
1 egg, beaten
Sesame and poppy seeds
