Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled, peeled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing (miracle whip)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (optional)
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make egg salad

Step 1Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

Step 2Place the chopped eggs in a bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, miracle whip and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
