Ingredients

1 Hard cooked egg (peeled and halved)
1 C Mayonnaise
1 C Sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbs Prepared spicy brown mustard
1 Scallion (minced), do not include tops
1 oz Jar black caviar

How To Make caviar dressing

Step 1

Rub egg yolk through a fine sieve and mince the white part; mix with remaining ingredients, cover, chill about 1 hour. Stir well before use. Dressing keeps well several days in refrigerator.
