Ingredients
- 1 Hard cooked egg (peeled and halved)
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1 C Sour cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbs Prepared spicy brown mustard
- 1 Scallion (minced), do not include tops
- 1 oz Jar black caviar
How To Make caviar dressing

Step 1Rub egg yolk through a fine sieve and mince the white part; mix with remaining ingredients, cover, chill about 1 hour. Stir well before use. Dressing keeps well several days in refrigerator.
